St. Vrain Schools in Longmont graciously team up with Estes Park Schools to provide our students with this great experience.  We go down to their Innovation Center to learn about some of the great STEAM things they are doing (and steal a few ideas along the way).  Our students tour their facilities and get a quick glimpse at many of the programs and activities they have in place.

     Then our students are put into teams and placed in the role of entrepreneurs.  They learn the Design Process, and then are given a task in which they have to come up with a product.  They then pitch their ideas to the staff at the Innovation Center, and one team comes away the winner!
